Return policy

This Return Policy explains the terms applicable to product and service purchases made through mikrob3d.com (the “Site”, “we”, “our”). Every customer who makes a purchase from our Site is deemed to have accepted these terms.

1. General Terms

  • Returns and exchanges are conducted in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and related regulations.

  • Only products that are unused, in their original condition, and resalable are eligible for return.

  • Custom-made, personalized, and digital/downloadable products are not eligible for return (e.g., custom-sized 3D prints, prototypes).

2. Return Period

  • You may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days from the delivery date.

  • To request a return under the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing or via email.

3. Return Conditions

  • The product’s packaging, accessories, and documentation must be returned in full.

  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the consumer under the right of withdrawal, unless otherwise stated on the Site.

  • If the product is defective or incorrectly sent, all shipping costs will be covered by us.

4. Return Process

  • Once we receive your return request, we will inform you via email.

  • When the return is approved, the refund will be issued within 7 business days after the product reaches us.

  • Refunds will be made using the original payment method (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

5. Non-Returnable Products

  • Custom-made or modified products (e.g., custom-sized/prototype 3D prints)

  • Digital content, downloadable files, software

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons

  • Used, damaged, or products that have lost their resale value

6. Exchange

  • Product exchanges depend on stock availability.

  • If the desired product is out of stock, a refund will be issued.
